Astral - Layla

The Astral Layla PFD safety jacket brings a women's specific fit to whitewater, sea, and touring safety. It comes made with a quarter zip entry point and will conform to curvy proportions with its hinged sides and sculpted chest support. A quick-release rescue belt adds an added measure of security when needed. And soft organic kapok, made from the seedpods of kapok trees, ensures what impact it brings is planet friendly and sustainable.

• Organic Kapok: This buoyant plant fiber comes from the seedpod of the kapok tree (Ceiba Pentandra) and is the most sustainable buoyant material Astral knows. Theirs is grown organically in Indonesia and offers a uniquely comforting and insulating fit.
• PVC Free: Every product in Astral's line is completely free of toxic PVC. They reuse as many scraps as possible, recycling everything, and compost their coffee beans
