What Turns A Trip Into An Adventure?

Wikipedia defines adventure as an exciting or unusual experience; it may also be a bold, usually risky undertaking, with an uncertain outcome. The term is often used to refer to activities with some potential for physical danger. The term also broadly refers to any enterprise that is potentially fraught with physical, financial or psychological risk, such as a business venture, a love affair, or other major life undertakings.

We want to know what your definition of adventure is. Is it that the unexpected happens? That you’re in the woods without responsibilities? Does it mean that something goes wrong? Send us your thoughts on this topic for a chance to win a gearX.com fleece.
