Bike Supply Chain PSA

Bikes are in higher demand than ever before, and there are major supply chain issues with manufacturing and transportation. This means lead times are longer than expected and unpredictable.

Manufacturers in most cases are unable to get us concrete ETA's on bicycles and components but we are trying to keep parts in stock and find bikes for customers. In some cases, certain components may not be available until the end of 2021.

Our stock of bicycles is quickly dwindling but we have more on the way! We don't always know exactly when they will arrive, but they are coming. You can reserve incoming bikes but you must put a 20% deposit down if you choose to do so. Many of our incoming orders have a large percentage of bikes already pre-sold.

The cycling boom also means more folks are bringing their bikes in to get fixed. Our Service Department is seeing higher than average volume and their lead times are 5-6 weeks out currently. We are still taking appointments, so you can call or email us to schedule service. You can still stop by any time you need minor repairs to keep you on the road/trails, and we will do our best to fit you in!
