GEI Digital Advertising and Pricing Strategist

This position is responsible for advertising campaigns, coordination of our co-op campaigns, and ensuring that we’re meeting our targeted goals and maintaining a healthy ROI. This position is also designed to ensure that all brand pricing is MAP compliant and ensuring that our internal database correctly reflects current pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

Advertising

  • Maintain healthy impressions and click-through rate
  • Set up and manage all campaigns
  • Perform SKU analysis to determine which products to advertise
  • Remove discontinued and discounted SKUs from our active campaigns
  • Work with Vendors on collaborative campaigns

MAP and Price Compliance

  • Working with OGE’s data team to ensure a complete collection of up to date MAP documents, and coordinating when to request new documents to avoid redundancy
  • Creation and maintenance of an FBA specific MAP reference that contains all MAP breaks in a given calendar year, and deciding how to best use them
  • Address any violations ASAP when contacted by a vendor
  • Ensure that we are never in violation of brand policies in regard to pricing

This is a full-time, salaried position with a compensation range starting at $44,400 / year.

Retail Sales Associate

Outdoor Gear Exchange is looking for passionate and experienced outdoor-loving folks to help our customers find what they need for their next adventure. For this position, we are specifically seeking applicants with expertise in our snowsports gear categories, including alpine, backcountry, and telemark skiing.

Employees will be expected to work during the holidays and weekends. The position is full-time, 40 hours a week, and will require one or both weekend days. Part-time applicants will only be considered if they have considerable outdoor retail experience and can work at least 16 hours a week, inclusive of one weekend day.

Salary: $32,320+ / year ($15.54 / hour)
