Since 1995, OGE's primary mission has been to get as many people outside and recreating as we possibly can. We've done this with the help of our knowledgeable and trustworthy staff, affordable gear prices, and our renowned gear consignment program. Over the past 25 years, while our space, staff, and community involvement has grown and evolved, we've always remained true to this core mission, and to our values of sustainability, equity, and access to the outdoors.
Four locations, some 148 staff members later, and countless pitches climbed, runs skied, and trails hiked, we've come to rest at our current location—37 Church Street in beautiful Burlington, Vermont—as the region's premier outdoor retail store and hub for our local outdoor community.
2020 marks the year of OGE's 25th Anniversary! Thanks to all of you, our excellent friends and customers, we've enjoyed 25 radical years of ensuring folks have access to the gear they need to play outside.
