The La Sportiva TC Pro was developed in collaboration with Tommy Caldwell, who needed the ultimate big wall free climbing shoe for his epic El Capitan project on the Dawn Wall. This shoe was designed to excel at both technical crack climbing and edging, while also providing the comfort necessary for long multi-pitch routes. The TC Pro features a mid-height ankle for support and protection while crack climbing, as well as La Sportiva's patented P3® platform for stiffness, edging sensitivity and power transfer. Additionally, La Sportiva worked with Vibram® to produce the now popular XS Edge compound specifically for the TC Pro, to give the shoe support and stability while edging. The TC Pro delivers the unparalleled performance on big walls, technical crack climbing and face climbing required by one of the world's best climbers.
