Replacement front and rear wheel quick release (QR) skewers and QR seatpost clamp that uses an innovative patented lock system to prevent QR from opening unless bike is tilted over 90degrees from level.  Simply lock bike with wheels attached so that it can't be tipped more than 90 degrees.  To unlock, tip bike past 90 degrees and open QR levers.
