Chest: Measure the circumference of the fullest part of your chest, with arms raised slightly.

Sleeve Length: With your hands on your hips, measure from the center of your back neck, across
your shoulder and down the outside of your arm to the wrist bone.

Inseam: Grab your favorite pair of pants/jeans. Measure the inseam of these pants starting at the
crotch seam to the bottom of the pant leg (round to the nearest 1/2 inch).
