Ice Swap Season Kick-Off Evening:

Friday, November 8th, from 6-8 pm at our Essex store Freezing temperatures are causing a phase shift from water to ice at higher altitudes. You feel it, we feel it. It won’t be long before it comes for us all here at the valley floor. The OGE Ice Swap in Essex on November 8th will set you up like a 3-screw anchor, so you can tackle those routes as soon as they come into form. Join us for an ice-season kick-off evening: shop new and used ice gear, exchange climbing stories, and spray about your big plans for the coming season at our Essex Outdoor Gear Exchange. We're currently accepting ice gear on consignment at BOTH of our locations and will have it all available to shop at our Essex location on our ice-season kick-off evening. How to sell your ice climbing gear: From now until Friday, November 8th, bring in your lightly-used, good-condition gear to EITHER STORE to consign. We will be accepting the following ice climbing gear on consignment:

We will not accept:

• Ropes
• Harnesses

• Any items in poor condition
