How do I redeem my OGE Rewards points?
Log in to your customer account and you can use your OGE Rewards points directly at checkout. If shopping in-store, then give your name at the register to access and use your points.
Where can I see my OGE Rewards points balance?
Log in to your account! Your OGE Rewards points balance will be highlighted at the top of the page.
Do my OGE Rewards points expire?
Points will expire after 9 months if there isn't any account activity.
What happens to my OGE Rewards points if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
When do I get my birthday gift?
On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed until next year is if your birthday is within 1 day from the day you entered it.
I forgot to use my OGE Rewards points at checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
Please contact customer service if you would like to use your points towards something you just purchased. Remember that you can't use the points you earned on that purchase towards that same purchase!
Can I use my OGE Rewards points on purchases in which I've used a coupon?
Yes! OGE Rewards points can be applied to orders where coupons have been applied.
