Nano 20 Plus - Moab Tan

I was looking for a pack that filled the gap between one that was too small and another that seemed bigger than I need to tote things around day to day. This 20 l pack seems like the perfect size. I have long admired Gregory packs. I have a larger one that I use for hikes.
I tried a different pack of that size from a different company. It would have been adequate. John, the OTG associate helped adjust the straps to get the right fit.
Then John pointed out the Gregory pack that I ultimately purchased What a difference in fit. The straps were wider and very comfortable.
This pack will be a lifetime friend.
