Features
Features
- The warmest, lightest and technical high altitude boot on the market
- More searchable thanks to the RECCO reflector
- Green technology and performance
- 6000 GAITER - Composed of various technical fabrics: S-TECH Schoeller Ecorepel® Bio, a high-performance material made from renewable raw materials and Bluesign certified, and PU TEK Technology, breathable, lightweight, and highly abrasion-resistant. The fabrics are then laminated with a waterproof and breathable HDry membrane.
- LACING - The external closure features a water-repellent, heat-sealed YKK zipper running along the gaiter. The zipper pull is designed for easy grip, even when wearing gloves. Closure at the boot collar is adjustable via an internal drawstring, preventing entry of snow. The internal closure consists of the Fast Lock System, allowing independent adjustment of the two tension zones of the inner shell for optimal fit customization. Eyelets mounted on movable flaps facilitate volume adjustment in a single motion.
- New Inner Shell 6000 - The inner shell combines a multi-layer highly insulating and water-repellent liner with a similarly layered upper that ensures durability and resistance. Both are made using Wintherm® technology, an active thermal insulation system that reduces heat loss thanks to an aluminum layer. A PVC exoskeleton provides protection and support to the foot, while also securing the lacing system. RECCO®: the right boot integrates a RECCO® reflector, a technology that enables professional rescuers to locate the boot in case of accident or avalanche.
- Precision Tech Roll AC/D - reduces fatigue and effort during walking, featuring a Vibram® Durastep rubber outsole known for reliability and durability. It ensures optimal grip on wet surfaces and consistent performance even at low temperatures. Compatible with automatic crampons.
- Carbon Tech 3 SL - is composed of three layers: perforated EVA for optimal comfort, Aerogel® for excellent thermal insulation, and carbon fiber to provide stability and lightness.
- NEW MOUNTAIN 6000 - New Mountain 6000 is a removable liner designed to be worn even during rest periods, at the base camp or inside the tent, thanks to its sole with an anti-slip plate. The upper part is made of PrimaLoft® Black Performance Yarn, composed of 70% recycled material, known for its softness, quick-drying properties, and abrasion resistance; it also features double straps for a secure fit. The lower part consists of Ortholite® O-Therm, a multilayer fabric with high durability and thermal insulation, among the lightest and most insulating on the market.
